The building is located in a truly special spot—just 250 meters from Ipanema Beach and 600 meters from Copacabana Beach, the most famous neighborhoods in the “Marvelous City”! You can enjoy the sunrise at Posto 6 or the sunset on the Arpoador rocks. In addition, you’ll be surrounded by all kinds of shops and even a metro station. Nothing could be more convenient for your stay in Rio.
Access is easy by metro (station about 500 meters from the building), taxi, or ride-hailing apps. We also provide one parking space per apartment during your stay.

To ensure a good relationship with our neighbors, please follow these house rules:
The apartment is located in a residential building with services, so we kindly ask you to respect quiet hours, noise in common areas, and the elevator’s maximum capacity.
Official photo ID documents for all guests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to arrival (ID card for Brazilians and passport for foreign guests. Professional association cards are not accepted). Failure to send documents may result in cancellation without prior notice and denied access to the condominium.
Quiet hours: 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Parties, events, commercial activities, and loud music are not allowed.
Maximum of 2 visitors per day, and a total of 4 people in the apartment at any time (including registered guests). Visitors must submit their documents at least 24 hours in advance and register at the reception.
Overnight stays for visitors are not allowed.
Visitors are not permitted to use the condominium’s leisure facilities (pool, gym, rooftop).
Bathing suits are not allowed in hallways, elevators, or reception areas.
The condominium provides basic daily housekeeping.
We provide all bed linen and towels, with replacement every 7 days. For earlier changes, there is an extra fee of R$ 50.00 per replacement.
Towels are for indoor use only; please do not take them to the beach or pool.
Damaged bed linen or towels will be charged at R$ 50.00 per item.
Please respect the check-out time so we can properly prepare the apartment for incoming guests.

As provided by Brazilian Tenancy Law (Law 8245/91), we are not responsible for interruptions in public utility services (water, electricity, internet, etc.).
