Official photo identification for all guests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date (Brazilian ID for Brazilian citizens and passport for foreign guests). Professional council ID cards are not accepted. Failure to provide the required documents may result in reservation cancellation without prior notice, without refund, and denial of access to the condominium.

Guest rotation during the stay is not permitted.

The apartment is located in a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours, avoid excessive noise in common areas, and observe the elevator's maximum capacity.

Parties, events, and any type of commercial activity are not permitted.

Visitors are not allowed in the apartment.

Only guests whose identification documents were submitted as part of the reservation process are permitted to stay overnight in the property.

We do not provide housekeeping services during the stay.

We provide all bed linens and towels, with complimentary replacement every 7 days. For replacements within shorter periods, an additional fee of R$ 50.00 applies.
