The apartment is very comfortable, stylish, and includes a bedroom with a double bed and Smart TV, a living room with cable TV, a sofa bed, and an American-style kitchen with a large fridge, a 4-burner stove, a microwave, and appliances. Additionally, it has a washing machine and a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable, close to restaurants, local shops, and a shopping center 800 m away.

Well-served public transportation area: buses, subway (3 blocks), ride-sharing cars, and bike rental stations.

Copacabana is probably the most famous neighborhood in the world, both for its beach and for the variety of services to all tastes. You can take a walk along the shore while having a coconut water or enjoy one of its restaurants, or do some shopping at any time of the day.

Neighborhood very well served by public transport: buses, metro, ride-sharing cars, and taxis.

The building does not have parking.

The apartment is located in a residential building and therefore we ask for attention to the quiet hours, as well as noise in common areas and the maximum capacity of the elevator.Parties, events, or any other commercial activities are not allowed.

The maximum number of people at the same time in the apartment is 4 people.

It is necessary to send official documents with a photo of all guests at least 72 hours before the arrival date (ID for Brazilians and passport for foreigners. Professional licenses are not accepted). Failure to send the documents may result in reservation cancellation without notice.

No visitors are allowed.

We do not offer cleaning service during the stay.

We provide all bed and bath linen and replace it every 7 days (we leave the items to be replaced in the apartment for stays of this duration or longer). For exchanges in shorter periods, we charge an extra fee of R$ 50.00.

Damaged linen items have an additional cost of R$ 50.00 each.

The towels are for internal use in the apartment; please do not take them to the beach.

According to the Tenancy Law (Law 8245/91), in case of failure in the services of public utilities (electricity, gas, internet), neither the owners nor the administrators can be held responsible.
