Ipanema Flat: Pool, Gym, Sauna & Parking

Welcome! In order to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, we have the following rules for our space:

The apartment is located in a residential building with services, so we ask that you pay attention to the quiet hours, as well as noise in the common areas and the maximum capacity of the elevator.

Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Parties, events, any type of commercial activity and loud music are not permitted. The maximum number of visitors per day is 2 people and the maximum limit of people in the apartment at the same time is 4 people, including guests. Visitors must send their documents 24 hours in advance and identify themselves at the reception.

Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.

Visitors are not allowed to use the condominium's leisure areas (swimming pool, gym, terrace).

It is not permitted to wear swimwear in the hallways, elevators and reception.

The condominium offers a basic daily cleaning service.

We provide all bed linen and towels and replace them every 7 days . For changes for shorter periods, we charge an extra fee of R$50.00.

Towels are for internal use in the apartment; please do not take them to the beach or pool.

Damaged bed linen and towels will be charged R$50.00 per item.

It is necessary to send official documents with a photo of all guests at least 72 hours before the arrival date (ID for Brazilians and passport for foreigners. Professional council cards are not accepted). Failure to send these documents may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice and denial of access to the condominium.

Please respect the check-out time so that we do not have delays in receiving arriving guests.

Check-out time: 11:00

As provided for in the Tenancy Law (8245/91), we are not responsible for failures in public utility services (water, electricity, internet, etc.).

The space is NON-SMOKING!
