It is mandatory to submit official photo identification for all guests at least 72 hours before arrival (ID for Brazilian citizens and passport for foreign guests). Professional council IDs are not accepted. Failure to provide the required documents may result in reservation cancellation without prior notice and denial of access to the building. Each visitor must also submit identification and check in at reception.

The apartment is located in a residential building with services. We ask that you respect the building's rules, quiet hours, noise levels in common areas, and the maximum capacity of the elevator.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Parties, events, any type of commercial activity and loud music are not permitted. The maximum number of daily visitors is 2 people, and the maximum number of people allowed in the apartment at the same time is 5, including registered guests. Visitors must submit their documents and identify themselves at the front desk.

Visitors are not allowed to spend the night in the apartment.

Visitors are not allowed to use the building’s leisure facilities (pool, gym, rooftop).

It is not permitted to walk through common areas wearing swimwear.

The building offers basic daily housekeeping service.

We provide bed and bath linens and replace them every 7 days (we leave extra sets in the apartment for stays of this duration or longer). For earlier replacements, a fee of R$ 50,00 applies.

Towels are for indoor use only; please do not take them to the beach or pool.

Damaged bed or bath linens will incur a fee of R$ 50,00 per item.

Please respect the check-out time so we can prepare the apartment for incoming guests.
